Shipping:
IAQ Filter Store offers free domestic shipping within the contiguous United States. All packages are shipped via FED-EX ground and are delivered to your location within 5 days of receiving your shipping notification. Unfortunately, due to our negotiated shipping rates with we are unable to offer 2nd-Day Air, or overnight services at this time.
Please note some rural delivery charges may apply. These charges will be added at check out. If you are unsure if your location is considered to be a rural delivery area, please review the Rural Delivery Zone chart, located at www.Fed-Ex.com.
We are currently unable to fill orders to Alaska, Hawaii or Internationally.
Lead time:
At IAQ Filter Store we strive to have the fastest turnaround time in the industry. Currently, our standard sized HVAC, air and furnace filters ship within 3 business days. Custom air filtration products ship within 5 business days. Once your order has shipped please allow 3-5 business days for your items to arrive to your location.
Returns:
We currently accept returns of unused, undamaged products, within 30 days of purchase. Should you receive the incorrect item due to our error or damaged item we will gladly ship you a replacement item at no charge to you. Our policy requires photos of any mis-shipments or damages in order to properly document your request and file shipping claims, if needed.
Should you wish to return an item please contact our customer support team at 407-408-1266, Monday –Friday from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm EST. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number.
Cancellations:
To cancel your purchase please contact us by email or by telephone and we will process your return. Please note, we strive to ship your items as fast as possible, if your items has shipped you will be refunded the full amount minus a $15 rerouting fee.
